All articles are published under a full immediate Open Access model.
No embargo period applies.
All published content is freely accessible to readers worldwide.

2. Copyright Policy
Authors retain full copyright of their work.
Authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish the article.
Copyright ownership is clearly indicated on all published articles.
Licensing information is displayed in both HTML and PDF versions.
3. Peer Review Policy
All journals operate a double-blind peer review system.
Process:
Initial editorial screening for scope and formatting compliance.
Plagiarism and originality check.
Assignment to 2–3 independent expert reviewers.

4. Plagiarism & Originality Policy

7. DOI & Metadata Policy
Each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through Crossref.
Complete metadata is deposited.
Reference data is deposited when applicable.
DOI information appears clearly on each article page.
8. Archiving & Digital Preservation Policy
The publisher ensures long-term digital preservation of published content through institutional and technical preservation practices to guarantee continued accessibility of scholarly material.
All content remains permanently accessible on the journal website.
9. Publication Fees Policy
Any publication fees (if applicable) are clearly stated on the journal website.
There are no hidden charges.
Payment does not influence editorial decisions.
10. Conflict of Interest Policy
All participants in the publication process must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence their work.
If a conflict is identified, appropriate measures will be taken to ensure impartial evaluation.
11. Corrections & Retractions Policy
The journal may issue:
